Ведущий юрисконсульт ООО Сириус обязан: 1. Эффективно и последовательно организовать работу по взаимосвязям с другими структурными подразделениями, сторонними организациями. 2. Владеть компьютерной и другой оргтехникой, а также необходимым программным обеспечением, принимать и передавать документы по электронной почте, выполнять копировальные и машинописные работы. Составлять деловые письма, проекты распорядительных документов. 3. Проверять соответствие законодательству проектов приказов, инструкций, положений и других документов правового характера. 4. Контролировать этапы согласования проектов документов ответственными сотрудниками. 5. Визировать проекты документов. 6. Выдавать ответственным работникам организации обоснованные указания о внесении изменений в документы. 7. Разрабатывать учредительные документы. Участвует в регистрации юридических лиц, обращении с ценными бумагами. 8. Вносить изменения в учредительные документы организации. 9. Обрабатывать претензии в адрес организации со стороны государственных органов, контрагентов, сотрудников. Готовит ответы на них, создает проекты решений об удовлетворении прошений или об отказе в таковых. 10. Подготавливать, направлять претензии к контрагентам. Контролирует ход и результаты их рассмотрения. 11. Создавать проекты договоров, проверять их соответствие законодательству. 12. Нотариально заверять установленные виды договоров или вести их государственную регистрацию. 13. Готовить документы для получения лицензий, разрешений, которые необходимы для ведения деятельности организации. 14. Принимать меры по соблюдению до арбитражного урегулирования споров. 15. Подготавливать исковые заявления и передает их в суды. 16. Изучать копии исковых заявлений по искам к организации. 17. Представлять интересы организации в арбитражных судах.
