The posting

1. Учёт и сохранность имущества Знание порядка приёмки, учёта и списания товарно-материальных ценностей (ТМЦ) и основных средств (ОС). Опыт организации списания израсходованных и вышедших из строя ТМЦ/ОС, оформление соответствующих документов. Умение контролировать состояние и правильную эксплуатацию вверенного имущества, организовывать его своевременное обслуживание и ремонт. Опыт заключения договоров о материальной ответственности с сотрудниками. 2. Работа с документацией Знание первичной учётной документации по движению ТМЦ (акты приёмки-передачи, накладные, акты списания, инвентаризационные описи). Опыт составления отчетов о сохранности имущества. Взаимодействие с бухгалтерией по документам учёта ТМЦ и ОС. 3. Обслуживание зданий и помещений Опыт организации обслуживания зданий, офисных помещений и прилегающих территорий (клининг, вывоз мусора, обслуживание инженерных систем, мелкий ремонт и т.д.). Навыки инициирования и контроля исполнения договоров с подрядными организациями (клининг, ремонт, обслуживание зданий). Опыт организации ремонтных работ в помещениях и на территории. 4. Хозяйственное обеспечение Умение планировать и контролировать хозяйственные расходы, закупать хозяйственные товары, канцтовары, инвентарь. Опыт участия в разработке интерьера помещений, знание стандартов АПР (если применимо) или внутренних корпоративных требований. Взаимодействие с арендодателями, коммунальными службами, ресурсоснабжающими организациями. 5. Навыки работы с документами и программами Уверенный пользователь ПК: Excel (таблицы учёта), Word, электронная почта. Опыт работы в специализированных программах учёта ТМЦ. Умение вести реестры и журналы учёта хозяйственных операций.

Работа в 1С или аналогичных учётных системах. Excel (сводные таблицы, анализ данных). Организация ремонтов, обслуживания зданий, работа с подрядчиками. Личные качества: Ответственность, внимательность, организованность, стрессоустойчивость, ориентация на результат.
