Формирование и документальное оформление функциональных требований к бизнес-процессам по направлению кадрового администрирования или расчета заработной платы. Методологическое сопровождение разработки и внедрения системы. Сбор, обработка и анализ информации по новым бизнес-процессам и процедурам по направлению (кадровое администрирование и расчет заработной платы). Разработка технических заданий, описаний, концепций и другой проектной документации. Тестирование решений управления исследований и разработки на соответствие бизнес-требованиям. Участие в приемо-сдаточных испытаниях с функциональными заказчиками

Опыт работы в бухгалтерии или кадровой службе бухгалтерии, ОТиЗ или кадровой службе является обязательным. Понимание логики бизнес-процессов расчета заработной платы, кадрового учета и ведения организационно-штатной структуры. Знание законодательства РФ по расчету заработной платы, налогам и страховым взносам (НДФЛ, страховые взносы, отчетность в ФНС, ПФР, ФСС). Знание законодательства РФ по кадровому делопроизводству и регламентированной отчетности. Глубокие знания и уверенный опыт работы с одной из HR-систем (SAP, Галактика, 1С ЗУП). Участие в проектах по созданию, внедрению и развитию HR-систем в качестве аналитика/консультанта. Опыт разработки инструкций, регламентов, описания бизнес-процессов, требований.
