Управление группой; Обеспечение бесперебойной работы оборудования автоматизации и диспетчеризации систем жизнеобеспечения, сервисных систем комплекса зданий (около 300 000 кв.м.); Диагностика неисправностей, организация оперативного ремонта и восстановительных работ; Составление заявок на закупку необходимого материала. Контроль закупки и сроков поставки запасных частей; Подготовка технических заданий, участие в разработке документации и приемке работ; Проверка разделов рабочей документации, связанных с автоматизацией и диспетчеризацией, выдача замечаний, согласование; Участие в проектах монтажа, ПНР и запуска оборудования в опытную эксплуатацию; Взаимодействие с подрядными организациями по вопросам монтажных и проектных работ; Организация и контроль за соблюдением сотрудниками правил охраны труда и техники безопасности.

Обязателен практический опыт работы и программирования оборудованием Honeywell в ПО CARE, контроллеры Excel 5000, ExcelWEB; Знания в области автоматизации и диспетчеризации зданий, понимание работы систем вентиляции, отопления, теплоснабжения и холодоснабжения; Практический опыт работы со SCADA Honeywell EBI; Умение писать скрипты на JS Script, VB Script; Знание промышленных проктолов (Modbus, Bacnet, OPC DA, OPC UA, Lonworks); Опыт работы, настройки и администрирования Windows Server; Умение диагностировать неисправности ПК и производить агрегатный ремонт; Умение читать электрические схемы, составлять ТЗ и работать с подрядчиками; Реальный опыт рассмотрения проектной документации с составлением аргументированных замечаний; Знание и навыки администрирования ЛВС, в том числе с оптическими кабельными линиями; Группа по электробезопасности не ниже III.
