Принимать участие в регулярном весеннем и осеннем осмотре зданий и сооружений. Принимать участие в работе комиссии по приемке оборудования из ремонта. Выполнять разработку и пересмотр технических инструкций и программ. Выполнять разработку планов локализации ликвидации аварийных ситуаций на опасных производственных объектах, в системах теплоснабжения с учетом взаимодействия служб ЖКХ. Разрабатывать мероприятия по устранению замечаний, отмеченных в предписаниях Крымтехнадзора и контролировать их выполнение. Контролировать подготовку к отопительному периоду на участках. Предоставлять сведения и отчеты о ходе подготовки к ОП в районные администрации и вышестоящие организации. Принимать участие в работе инвентаризационной комиссии. Принимать участие в разработке рабочей программы (план ремонта). Разрабатывать схемы тепловых сетей. Разрабатывать схемы разграничения балансовой и эксплуатационной ответственности между филиалом и потребителями тепловой энергии. Выполнять задания (отдельные поручения) начальника ПТО и вышестоящих руководителей филиала в пределах должностных обязанностей. Соблюдать этику делового общения с сотрудниками филиала; В пределах должностных обязанностей оказывать практическую и методическую помощь специалистам отделов, руководителям служб, начальникам и мастерам участков.

Высшее профессиональное образование без требований к стажу работы или среднее профессиональное образование и стаж работы не менее трех лет
