1. Проводить амбулаторный прием по графику, утвержденному администрацией поликлиники, регулируя поток посетителей путем рационального распределения повторных больных. 2. Обеспечивать своевременное и полное обследование больных с Использованием современных достижений медицинской науки и техники. При наличии показаний должны быть сделаны дополнительные обследования: камертональное, аудиометрия, исследование вестибулярного аппарата, рентгенография, соответствующие лабораторные исследования и т. п. . Проводить квалифицированное и систематическое лечение Больных своего профиля. Обязательно выполнять в амбулаторных условиях при наличии показаний следующие лечебные манипуляции и операции: - введение лекарственных веществ в слизистую оболочку носовых Раковин; - введение лекарственных веществ в миндалины и паратонзиллярно; - остановка носовых кровотечений (передняя и, в исключительных случаях, задняя тампонада); - ведение больных в послеоперационном периоде после гайморотомии, фронтотомии, радикальной операции на среднем ухе и др.; - вливание в гортань необходимых лечебных растворов; - промывание аттика; - катетеризация евстахиевой трубы; - гальванокаустика нижних носовых раковин; - пункция гайморовой пазухи; - удаление инородных тел из глотки, носа, наружного слухового Прохода; - удаление инородных тел из гортани (в случаях, не требующих Прямой ларингоскопии); - удаление полипов носа, уха; - вскрытие паратонзиллярного абсцесса; - эндоларингеальное удаление доброкачественных опухолей гортани; - удаление грануляций и полипов из уха; - прижигание грануляций; - парацентез барабанной перепонки; - вскрытие гематомы, абсцесса перегородки носа; - при свежей травме - переломе костей носа в случае отсутствия признаков сотрясения головного мозга - репозиция отломков, Наложение гипсовой повязки или специального корректора-фиксатора, Удерживающего нос в нормальном положении; - удаление хоанального полипа; - вскрытие гематомы ушной раковины; - срочная трахеотомия; - долечивание больных после тимпанопластики; - парамеатальная блокада.
