Ведет документацию по учету личного состава учреждения, структурных подразделений, объектов и служб, закрепленных за ним, в соответствии с унифицированными формами первичной учетной документации. Оформляет прием, перевод, перемещение, отстранение работника от работы, изменение условий трудового договора по причинам, связанным с изменением организационных или технологических условий труда, предоставление отпусков и увольнение pаботников в соответствии с действующим трудовым законодательством, локальными нормативными актами учреждения и приказами главного врача. При приеме работника на работу оформляет (заполняет) на него личную карточку (форма Т-2) под роспись работника, вносит в личные карточки работников персональные данные, дублируя их в электронном банке данных персонала (Программе 1С), формирует и ведет личные дела. Ведет картотеку учета наличия личных карточек (форма Т-2) работников структурных подразделений, закрепленных за ним. Осуществляет своевременное ознакомление работников под роспись с приказами о приеме на работу, переводе (перемещении), об изменении условий трудового договора по причинам, связанным с изменением организационных или технологических условий труда, об отстранении от работы, о предоставлении отпуска, о поощрении, о наложении дисциплинарного взыскания и об увольнении. Своевременно оформляет трудовые книжки работникам, принятым на работу впервые, оформляет вкладыши в трудовые книжки и вносит изменения в установленном законодательством порядке. Осуществляет своевременную выдачу трудовых книжек и вкладышей в них работникам при их увольнении в установленном законодательством порядке. Ежегодно производит сверку внесенных записей в трудовые книжки работников на их соответствие штатному расписанию. На момент приема работника на работу производит подсчет общего и непрерывного трудового стажа, стажа работы по специальности (при спорных периодах работы стаж вносится по решению тарификационной комиссии). Осуществляет заполнение листков нетрудоспособности работников, осуществляет подсчет страхового стажа работников, передает листки нетрудоспособности в централизованную бухгалтерию. Осуществляет контроль сроков действия паспортов работников, связанных с достижением работником установленного законом возраста. Осуществляет подготовку и выдачу справок о настоящей и прошлой трудовой деятельности работников. Знать работу отдела кадров
