Чем предстоит заниматься: Разрабатывать программы обучения и развития персонала; Выяснять запрос и проектировать обучающее решение под потребности заказчика и участников обучения в синхронном и асинхронном формате; Определять эффективность форматов обучения и развития на этапе проектирования учебного решения; Разрабатывать методические пособия учебных программ (презентация в Power point, сценарий тренинга, рабочая тетрадь или памятка по программе); Разрабатывать учебные решение в формате электронных курсов; Проводить обучения: организовывать регулярное обучение персонала, проводить полевое обучение сотрудника в филиалах, проводить бизнес-игры; Отслеживать влияние обучения на результаты работы компании; Регулярно оценивать эффективность обучения и корректировать учебные программы; Оценивать результаты тренингов путем проведения итоговых тестов и кейсов; Участвовать в кросс-функциональных проектах; Участвовать в организации и проведении конференций, стратегических сессий, бизнес-встреч, круглых столов, корпоративных сессий и пр. Наши ожидания: Высшее образование (финансы, психология, управление персоналом как преимущество); Предпочтительно наличие сертификата о повышения квалификации по теме «Тренинг для тренеров» или диплома о профессиональной переподготовке (Бизнес- тренер); Желателен опыт работы в должности тренера от 1 года; Владение современными техниками и методами продаж на практике; Опыт личных продаж финансовых продуктов будет преимуществом; Уверенный навык подготовки презентаций в Power Point; Активную жизненную позицию, владение профессиональной коммуникацией, высокий уровень ответственности и организованности.
