.1. Врач-психиатр детский отвечает за жизнь и здоровье детей, организует и осуществляет лечебно-профилактическую помощь воспитанникам дома ребенка, дает рекомендации по лечению, по диспансерному наблюдению и реабилитации. 2.2. На основании клинических наблюдений и обследования, сбора анамнеза, данных клинико-лабораторных и инструментальных исследований устанавливает (или подтверждает), диагноз, назначает и контролирует необходимое лечение, организует или самостоятельно проводит необходимые диагностические, лечебные мероприятия. Врач- психиатр детский обеспечивает при необходимости своевременную госпитализацию детей на стационарное обследование в психиатрические клиники для решения вопроса о необходимости оформления инвалидности. Организует правильное медико-педагогическое обслуживание детей. Ведет необходимую документацию, в том числе медицинские карты воспитанников дома ребенка, согласно приказа МЗ РФ от 28 июля 2000 г. № 286 Об утверждении Медицинской карты ребенка, воспитывающегося в доме ребенка . Организует систематическое наблюдение за детьми диспансерной группы, осуществляет оздоровление и лечение этих детей, оценивает эффективность проводимого лечения, назначает необходимые лабораторные исследования, диагностические пробы. 2.7.Составляет план своей работы, отчет о проделанной работе за каждый квартал и анализ этой работы. Несет ответственность за организацию благоприятных условий жизни детей. Контролирует соблюдение санитарных правил личной гигиены детей и персонала, гигиенических требований к помещению и оборудованию. Своевременно оформляет документы, в том числе и посыльный лист на МСЭК, подлежащих на инвалидность детей, разрабатывает и выполняет индивидуальные программы реабилитации детей-инвалидов. 2.13. Проводит необходимую работу по передаче детей на усыновление в соответствии с имеющимся законодательством инструкциями.
