Вам предстоит заниматься: обеспечением выполнения плановых показателей по корпоративному и розничному блоку, контроль выполнения индивидуального плана каждым сотрудником; организацией презентаций и встреч с действующими и потенциальными клиентами; организацией продаж банковских продуктов и услуг клиентам (ЮЛ/ИП, физ. лицам) в регионе по месту расположения дополнительного офиса, осуществлением консультирования клиентов; проведением мероприятий по сохранению и увеличению клиентской базы корпоративного и розничного блока, привлечению значимых клиентов на обслуживание в Банк; контролем соблюдения стандартов качества обслуживания клиентов; наставничеством и развитием сотрудников офиса. Вам подойдет вакансия, если у Вас есть: стаж работы в аналогичной должности от 1 года; опыт успешных личных продаж в банковской сфере; образование: высшее; ориентация на клиента, нацеленность на результат, развитые управленческие навыки Мы предлагаем: работу в стабильном Банке, со 100% государственным участием (ТОП - 5); официальное оформление с первого рабочего дня; стабильный доход: оклад 75 000 руб. на руки + квартальное премирование, полностью белая зарплата; оказание медицинских услуг за счет работодателя (ДМС) + Корпоративное страхование жизни; корпоративное обучение (вебинары, тренинги, семинары, корпоративный университет).
