- проводит работу по выполнению целевых программ, соответствующих направлениям данной деятельности;- проводит прием и консультирование граждан по земельным вопросам;- обеспечивает своевременную подготовку и выдачу ответов на запросы и обращения граждан и организаций;- производит инвентаризацию земель и осуществляет контроль за их использованием на территории, подведомственной Южной поселковой администрации;- обновляет электронную базу данных по земельным участкам, расположенным на территории Южной поселковой администрации;- уточняет дежурную карту территории, подведомственной Южной поселковой администрации;- производит выдачу землеотводных документов в пределах своих полномочий;- осуществляет муниципальный земельный контроль;- ведет адресный реестр на территории, подведомственной Южной поселковой администрации;- осуществляет контроль реализации принятых решений, распоряжений и постановлений из вышестоящих организаций и Южной поселковой администрацией по земельным вопросам; - формирует базу данных по земельным участкам на территории Южной поселковой администрации;- в соответствии с действующим законодательством осуществляет контроль за индивидуальным жилищным строительством на подведомственной территории;- в соответствии с действующим законодательством ведет работу по освобождению земельных участков от самовольно возведенных капитальных объектов;- обеспечивает подготовку и выдачу правовых документов на земельные участки, своевременность ответов на запросы и обращения;- осуществляет внесение и актуализацию сведений в федеральную государственную информационную систему Федеральный Реестр государственных и муниципальных услуг (функций);- готовит и подает информацию в Федеральную информационную адресную систему;- осуществляет контроль и учет вновь вводимых в эксплуатацию жилых домов, адресным хозяйством на территории Южной поселковой администрации.

На должность главного специалиста назначается лицо, имеющее образование не ниже среднего профессионального по направлениям подготовки (специальности), соответствующим направлениям данной деятельности.
