Принимать меры, способствующие ускорению освоения в производстве прогрессивных технологических процессов, новейших материалов, научно-технических достижений. Осуществлять внедрение экономически обоснованных, прогрессивных, ресурсо и природосберегающих технологических режимов и процессов производства, приводящих к снижению расходов материалов, сырья, трудовых затрат, улучшению качественных показателей продукции, работ (услуг) и увеличению производительности труда. Обеспечивать выполнение планов внедрения новейших технологий, новой техники, повышения технико-экономической эффективности производства. Обеспечивать разработку технологической документации, организовывать контроль за обеспечением ею структурных подразделений организации. Контролировать выполнение текущих и перспективных планов технологической подготовки производства, строжайшее соблюдение установленных технологических процессов. Принимать действенные меры по устранению нарушений технологической дисциплины в организации. Принимать непосредственное участие в работах, направленных на повышение технического уровня производства и эффективности работы оборудования, составлять и пересматривать технические требования, предъявляемые к сырью, полуфабрикатам и материалам, снижать расходы электроэнергии и технологического топлива, сырья и материалов. Осваивать новые высокопроизводительные технологические процессы, новую технику. Вести систематическую работу и надзор по совершенствованию технологии и технологического процесса производства тканей. Производить расчет норм расхода красителей и вспомогательных химических препаратов при производстве тканей.
