основные обязанности регламентируются профессиональными стандартами и квалификационными справочниками (в т. ч. приказом Минздравсоцразвития РФ от 23.07.2010 № 541н и приказом Минтруда РФ от 04.08.2017 № 612н).

Высшее образование специалитет по специальности Лечебное дело или Педиатрия . После этого обязательна подготовка в интернатуре и (или) ординатуре по специальности Оториноларингология . Для допуска к работе нужен сертификат специалиста или свидетельство об аккредитации по специальности Оториноларингология . Важно: сертификат действует до истечения срока, после чего специалист должен пройти аккредитацию. Требований к минимальному стажу работы профстандарт не устанавливает. Прохождение обязательных предварительных (при поступлении на работу) и периодических медицинских осмотров (обследований), а также внеочередных в порядке, установленном законодательством РФ. Отсутствие ограничений на занятие профессиональной деятельностью, установленных законом.
