Принимает меры для сохранности имущества и автомобиля, который находится в нем: не оставляет без присмотра автомобиль, во время стоянки и движения блокирует все двери автомобиля; 2.4. Проводит вождение автомобиля, которое максимально обеспечивает сохранность здоровья и жизни пассажиров и исправное технически состояние автомобиля; 2.5. Контролирует техническое состояние авто, производит самостоятельно работы, которые необходимы по обеспечению его безопасной эксплуатации (в согласии с инструкциями по эксплуатации); 2.6. Проходит своевременно технический осмотр и техническое обслуживание в сервисном центре. Отмечает маршруты следования, ведет путевые листы, расход топлива, пройденный километраж. 2.11. Оставляет по окончании рабочего дня автомобиль, вверенный ему, на охраняемом гараже/стоянке.

Гражданин, которого принимают на работу водителем по совместительству, не должен по основному месту работы числиться водителем автомобиля (другого транспорта), диспетчером службы движения транспорта и т.п. Водитель, принимаемый на работу для перевозки пассажиров и багажа, не имеет действующей судимости или уголовного преследования за отдельные категории преступлений. справка о прохождение обязательного психиатрического освидетельствования при приеме на работу и не реже одного раза в пять лет.
