Обследование и диагностика. Сбор информации: данные о родителях, ближайших родственниках, лицах, которые ухаживают за ребёнком. Анамнез: сведения о перенесённых болезнях, хирургических вмешательствах, профилактических прививках. Осмотр: оценка состояния и самочувствия ребёнка. При необходимости направление на лабораторные, инструментальные исследования, к узким специалистам или на госпитализацию (всё в рамках клинических рекомендаций и стандартов). При этом врач может проинформировать родителей (или ребёнка старше 15 лет) о том, как правильно подготовиться к обследованию. Проведение дифференциального диагноза и постановка диагноза (с опорой на действующую классификацию болезней). 2. Лечение и контроль. Разработка плана лечения. Назначение терапии: медикаментозной, немедикаментозной, диетотерапии (с учётом возраста, диагноза и клинической картины). Формирование у ребёнка, родителей или лиц, осуществляющих уход, приверженности лечению. Выполнение рекомендаций, которые дали узкие специалисты. Оказание помощи при внезапных острых заболеваниях, обострениях хронических болезней как при явной угрозе жизни (реанимационные мероприятия), так и в менее тяжёлых случаях. Оценка эффективности и безопасности назначенного лечения. 3. Профилактика и диспансеризация. Организация и проведение профилактических медицинских осмотров детей. Проведение иммунопрофилактики. Динамическое наблюдение за детьми с хроническими заболеваниями. Выявление факторов риска развития заболеваний и направление таких детей в профильные подразделения поликлиники (например, в центр здоровья). Санитарно-просветительная работа: беседы с детьми и их родителями о здоровом образе жизни, профилактике болезней, рациональном питании.
