Чем предстоит заниматься Head of UI/UX Design: участвовать в формировании и реализации стратегии развития дизайн-подразделения участвовать в создании, управлении и развитии дизайн-команды UX/UI направления, контролировать и обеспечивать качество процесса дизайна генерировать, ставить задачи команде дизайнеров и курировать все этапы выполнения задач по дизайну (от идеи до передачи в разработку) разрабатывать новые продукты + поддерживать и развивать текущие продукты работать над эстетическим восприятием цифровых продуктов и эмоциональным дизайном разрабатывать и развивать дизайн-системы/UI-kits улучшать процессы, регламенты, внедрять новые инструменты и best practice для повышения эффективности и качества работ участвовать в предварительной продаже и разработке креативных концепций цифрового представления новых продуктов, курировать пресейл и постпродакшн проектов участвовать в исследованиях, анализе потребностей бизнеса и пользователей, проектировании, работе над ui продуктов повышать общую дизайн-культуру, развивать инструментарий, предлагать изменения в процессах, демонстрировать ценность дизайна для бизнеса

опыт работы от 6 лет на позиции UХ/UI дизайнера + опыт работы на ведущей позиции или позиции Team Lead / Арт-директор от 3 лет наличие портфолио с продуктами в сегменте B2B/B2G опыт работы в сложных продуктах/экосистемах, где есть многообразие ролевых моделей и пользовательских сценариев опыт работы в сложных дизайн-системах на основе дизайн-токенов опыт проведения UX/маркетинговых/социологических/психологических исследований развиты навыки планирования, организации и способность комфортно разбираться в основах управления (найм и увольнение, расстановка приоритетов и распределение команд) способен отслеживать мировые тренды, стили, инструментарий в веб-разработке, визуальной культуре и у конкурентов, активно использовать их в работе, а также накапливать соответствующую базу данных и передавать эти знания всей команде развито чувство стиля и имеет cмелость в реализации новых идей, способность придумать концепцию с нуля развиты навыки креативное и системного мышления хорошо развиты презентационные навыки и навыки переговоров с заказчиками способен работать в условиях неопределённости, опыт работы в проектных командах/на нескольких проектах одновременно самомотивирован и понимает мотивацию сотрудников
