Бережно относится к имуществу, предоставленному ему для исполнения своих должностных обязанностей. Соблюдает правила внутреннего трудового распорядка, техники безопасности, пожарной безопасности, производственной санитарии, электробезопасности, охраны труда, ношение и содержание спецодежды. Незамедлительно сообщает своему Непосредственному руководителю и руководителю Службы по организации внебюджетной деятельности о возникновении обстоятельств, препятствующих выполнению своих должностных обязанностей. Осуществляет операции по приему, учету, выдаче и хранению денежных средств с обязательным соблюдением правил, обеспечивающих их сохранность. Сверяет фактическое наличие денежных сумм с показаниями кассового счетчика. Сдает денежные средства в кассу Учреждения. Принимает меры для обеспечения сохранности вверенных ему денежных средств. Не разглашает сведения, составляющие государственную и иную охраняемую законодательством Российской Федерации тайну, а также сведения, ставшие ему известными в связи с исполнением должностных обязанностей, в том числе сведения, касающиеся частной жизни и здоровья работников Учреждения или затрагивающие их честь и достоинство. Соблюдает Кодекс этики и служебного поведения утвержденный приказом ФГБУ ФЦПСР от 28.08.2015 № 103/1-ДК. Выполняет отдельные служебные поручения Непосредственного руководителя и иные обязанности, предусмотренные Трудовым кодексом Российской Федерации, в рамках своей компетенции.

Среднее профессиональное образование и стаж работы по специальности не менее одного года. Администратор-кассир должен пройти профессиональную гигиеническую подготовку (санминимум), аттестацию и медицинское обследование в установленном порядке, иметь личную медицинскую книжку установленного образца, в которую вносятся результаты медицинских и лабораторных исследований, сведения и перенесённых инфекционных заболеваниях, профилактических прививках. Умение пользоваться кофемашиной, опыт работы на кассе в столовой, буфете.
