The posting

Культорганизатор исполняет следующие обязанности: 3.1. Разрабатывает и проводит игровые программы, конкурсы и другие мероприятия, как самостоятельные виды досуга, так и в составе массовых театрализованных представлений. 3.2. Составляет сценарные планы мероприятий, привлекает при необходимости хореографов, концертмейстеров, творческие коллективы, отдельных солистов. 3.3. Совместно с художником и другими специалистами разрабатывает эскизы и предметы реквизита. 3.4. Совместно со звукорежиссером готовит фонограмму программы.

Требования к квалификации: - на должность культорганизатора на 0,5 ставки принимается лицо, имеющее среднее профессиональное образование (культуры и искусства, педагогическое) без предъявления требований к стажу работы; - на должность культорганизатора на 0,5 ставки второй категории принимается (переводится) лицо, имеющее высшее профессиональное образование (культуры и искусства, педагогическое) без предъявления требований к стажу работы или среднее профессиональное образование (культуры и искусства, педагогическое) и стаж работы в должности культорганизатора не менее 2 лет; - на должность культорганизатора на 0,5 ставки первой категории принимается (переводится) лицо, имеющее высшее профессиональное образование (культуры и искусства, педагогическое) и стаж работы не менее 1 года или среднее профессиональное образование (культуры и искусства, педагогическое) и стаж работы в должности культорганизатора второй категории не менее 3 лет. Лицо, не имеющее специальной подготовки, но обладающее достаточным практическим опытом и выполняющее качественно и в полном объеме возложенные на него обязанности, в порядке исключения может быть назначено на должность на 0,5 ставки. Заработная плата культорганизатора на 0,5 ставки составляет 11 220 руб.
