Обязанности: 1. Обеспечение, учет и контроль учебной деятельности обучающихся по направлению история 2. Подготовка аттестационных, зачетных, экзаменационных ведомостей 3. Ведение экранов успеваемости 4. Подготовка справок и ходатайств по заявлениям обучающихся 5. Оперативное ведение и контроль информационных баз данных 6. Ведение архива документов и дел, обеспечение их сохранности, передача в архив 7. Регистрация входящих и исходящих документов 8. Подготовка проектов приказов и распоряжений в отношении обучающихся 9. Иные работы, в соответствии с должностной инструкцией ведущего специалиста 10. Заключение договоров и дополнительных соглашений к ним, контроль исполнения обязательств по договорам и дополнительным соглашениям Требования: 1. Высшее профессиональное образование 2. Опыт работы на аналогичной должности от одного года 3. Приветствуется опыт работы в сфере образования 4. Необходимые знания: - Коммуникабельность, стрессоустойчивость, умение работать в коллективе, ответственность, пунктуальность - Способность к обобщению и анализу информации нормативной документации - Умение работать с конфиденциальной информацией Знание английского языка на базовом уровне 5. Навыки работы с ПК: - Знание MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) - Навыки работы с оргтехникой (факс, сканер, МФУ, мини-АТС) - Навыки работы в Internet и браузерах - Опыт работы в системах электронного документооборота Личные качества: коммуникабельность, стрессоустойчивость, умение работать в коллективе, ответственность, пунктуальность Условия: 1. Трудоустройство в соответствии с трудовым законодательством РФ (оплачиваются отпускные и больничные). Заключается срочный трудовой договор на время отсутствия основного работника в связи с отпуском по уходу за ребенком до 3 лет 2. Срок испытания - 3 месяца 3. Пятидневная рабочая неделя, с 9:00 до 17:45. Обеденный перерыв с 14:15 до 15:00 Ведущему специалисту в соответствии с внутренним трудовым распорядком СПбГУ может быть установлен режим ненормированного рабочего дня 4. Совокупный доход на испытательный срок 62 000 руб. мес. до вычета налогов, после испытательного срока 72 055 руб. мес. до вычета налогов. 5. Место работы: Санкт-Петербург, Менделеевская линия д.5, Учебное управление.
