Работа с пациентками и наблюдение. Приём и сбор информации. При первом обращении акушерка собирает жалобы, анамнез (жизни, наследственности, перенесённых заболеваний), помогает оформить индивидуальную карту беременной и обменную карту. Плановые осмотры. Во время визитов акушерка измеряет артериальное давление, окружность живота и высоту дна матки, проводит аускультацию сердцебиения плода. Она оценивает, как меняются показатели, и при необходимости выявляет тревожные признаки (отёки, гипертонию, кровотечение), чтобы сразу сообщить Забор анализов. Акушерка проводит забор биологического материала (мазки, кровь из вены) по назначению врача. Направление на исследования и консультации. Она помогает составить план обследований (УЗИ, скрининги, консультации узких специалистов) и направляет женщину на них. Патронаж. Акушерка может выезжать на дом к беременным или родильницам, чтобы проконтролировать выполнение назначений и состояние женщины в привычных условиях. 2. Помощь врачу и выполнение медицинских манипуляций. Ассистирование. Акушерка помогает врачу во время осмотров и некоторых процедур. Выполнение отдельных медицинских вмешательств в рамках назначений врача. 3. Профилактическая и просветительская работа. Обучение. Акушерка консультирует по вопросам личной гигиены, подготовки к родам, техники грудного вскармливания, методов контрацепции. Психопрофилактическая подготовка. Она следит за правильным хранением и обработкой инструментов, перевязочного материала, соблюдением правил асептики и антисептики.
