The posting

Обеспечение соблюдения лицензионных требований в рамках реализации образовательных программ. Участие в разработке программ дополнительного профессионального образования (далее - ДПО), следить за их соответствием актуальным нормам законодательства. Работа с локальными нормативными актами: актуализация, согласование, контроль исполнения. Организация полного цикла работы с документами слушателей: принятие и регистрация поступающих документов; формирование и ведение личных дел слушателей в соответствии с установленными требованиями; оформление документов об обучении (удостоверения, дипломы и пр.); ведение реестров и журналов учёта, поддержка актуальности данных. Содействие в организации образовательных мероприятий: координация процессов, взаимодействие с внутренними подразделениями и внешними партнёрами. Участие в подборе экспертов и преподавателей для реализации программ ДПО, помощь в оформлении необходимых документов и согласований. Работа с подрядчиками и внешними исполнителями (формирование технических заданий, согласование условий, контроль этапов и качества работ, прием результатов, оформление закрывающих документов (акты, отчёты). Организация полного цикла мероприятий (ответственность за все этапы: подбор площадки/платформы, подготовку раздаточных материалов, настройку онлайн‑трансляций и записи, организацию регистрации и навигации, контроль тайминга, сбор обратной связи и формирование итогового отчёта).

Высшее профессиональное образование (педагогическое образование будет преимуществом); опыт работы в образовательной организации в роли методиста, специалиста по учебно‑методической работе, куратора программ дополнительного профессионального образования (далее - ДПО) не менее 1 года; практический опыт разработки и утверждения программ ДПО; уверенные навыки работы с локальными нормативными актами, знание специфики оформления и хранения документации в образовательных организациях; организаторские способности, умение выстраивать процессы и работать в режиме многозадачности; Многозадачность и приоритизация (умение одновременно вести 2 3 проекта/мероприятий на разных стадиях, расставлять приоритеты по срочности и влиянию, гибко перераспределять ресурсы при изменении обстановки); Стрессоустойчивость и ориентация на результат (сохранять спокойствие и управляемость процессов в условиях сжатых сроков, высокой нагрузки и постоянных изменений, доводить проекты до успешного завершения).
