Расчет полной стоимости владения для клиента: лизинг/кредит, страховка (КАСКО спецтехники), налоги (транспортный/утильсбор), расход ГСМ, стоимость ТО и ремонта (нормо-час), сервисное обслуживание. Подготовка экономических сравнений моделей спецтехники по параметрам: производительность (куб. м/час или тонн/смену), расход топлива (л/час), стоимость запчастей, межсервисный интервал. Расчет лизинговых платежей и амортизационных отчислений в Excel/1С, подготовка альтернативных графиков (с остаточным платежом / без), анализ эффективности покупки против аренды (Rent vs Buy). Разработка финансовых моделей для клиентов: окупаемость техники на конкретных объектах (карьер, стройка), расчет выработки и маржинальности проекта с использованием данной единицы. Технико-экономическое обоснование (ТЭО) для тендеров: обоснование НМЦК (начальной максимальной цены контракта) для поставки спецтехники в госсектор с учетом эксплуатационных расходов. Формирование управленческой отчетности по продажам в разрезе: рентабельность сделки по каждой единице (с учетом скидок, trade-in, логистики, предпродажной подготовки). Анализ экономической эффективности trade-in: остаточная стоимость б/у техники, затраты на восстановление, прогноз перепродажи. Проверка ценовых предложений от дилеров и поставщиков (опции: доп. оборудование, навесное, гарантийное/постгарантийное обслуживание) на экономическую выгоду.
