Осуществлять общее руководство Управлением; Обеспечивать организацию, координацию и контроль работы структурных подразделений Управления по защите прав застрахованных граждан в системе обязательного медицинского страхования, а так же выполнению иных полномочий Управления. Распределять функциональные обязанности между сотрудниками Управления и осуществлять контроль за трудовой дисциплиной и соблюдением работниками Управления правил внутреннего трудового распорядка, мер пожарной безопасности. Представлять предложения о проведении экспертных проверок СМО и МО. Осуществлять организационно методическое руководство разработки нормативной и методической документации по контролю качества медицинской помощи в системе обязательного медицинского страхования Саратовской области. Обеспечивать контроль и методическое руководство за деятельностью СМО в части выполнения ими функций по контролю качества медицинской помощи, изучение и обобщение опыта работы экспертных служб СМО по проведению экспертизы качества оказания медицинской помощи. Определять порядок проведения экспертных проверок МО в пределах компетенции Управления и обеспечивать их проведение. Контролировать работу с документами по вопросам, относящимся к полномочиям Управления. Проводить разъяснительную работу с медицинскими работниками и населением об их правах, обязанностях и ответственности в условиях системы обязательного медицинского страхования. Анализировать и обобщать деятельность ТФОМС Саратовской области по защите прав застрахованных и контролю качества оказания медицинской помощи, в том числе обеспечивать контроль за формированием и предоставлением в ФОМС отчетности № ПГ Организация защиты прав застрахованных лиц в сфере обязательного медицинского страхования .

высшее медицинское образование, опыт практической работы по специальности, в том числе на руководящих должностях не менее 5 лет, а также специализацию и сертификат специалиста по специальности Организация здравоохранения и общественное здоровье
