Обеспечивать своевременное выполнение службой задач и функций, определенных положением о линейно-эксплуатационной службе. Осуществлять руководство работниками службы: планирование, рациональная расстановка, контроль, организация труда, анализ и оценка результатов работу. Обеспечивать разработку, согласование с ПОЭМГ и ГРС, с структурными подразделениями администрации и филиалами и выполнение утвержденных планов и графиков службы. Контроль и организация труда, анализ и оценка результатов работы. Разрабатывать планы проведения огневых работ на объектах магистральных газопроводах, газопроводах-отводов и других подконтрольных объектов филиала. Решать производственные задачи с руководством, структурными подразделениями филиала и администрации Общества. Взаимодействовать с подрядными организациями при выполнении ими работ на подконтрольных объектах.

Высшее профессионально (техническое) образование - специалитет, магистратура. Основные направления подготовки: Нефтегазовое дело. Прикладная геология, горное дело, нефтегазовое дело и геодезия. Машиностроение. Технологии материалов. Электро- и теплоэнергетика. Авиационная и ракетно-космическая техника. Оборудование и агрегаты нефтегазового производства. Горное дело. Машиностроительные технологии и оборудование. Прикладная механика. Технологические машины и оборудование. Конструкторско-технологическое обеспечение автоматизированных машиностроительных производств. Автоматизированные технологии и производства. Энергомашиностроение. Электротехника, электромеханика и электротехнологии. Строительство.
