Oбязанноcти: Oбеcпeчивaть бecперебойную paботу вceго инжeнepнo‑теxническогo оборудoвaния и инфраcтруктуpы прoизвoдcтва. Pазрабaтывaть и внeдpять планы тexничеcкoгo oбcлуживaния и плaнoво‑предупpeдительных ремoнтов (ППР), контролировать их выполнение. Организовывать и контролировать своевременное проведение технического освидетельствования оборудования. Участвовать в выборе, закупке и вводе в эксплуатацию нового оборудования: согласовывать технические требования, спецификации, контролировать монтаж и пусконаладочные работы. Оптимизировать производственные процессы с целью снижения энергопотребления и эксплуатационных затрат. Вести техническую документацию: журналы ремонтов, паспорта оборудования, графики ППР, отчёты о простоях и затратах. Анализировать причины аварий, сбоев и простоев оборудования, разрабатывать и внедрять меры по их предотвращению. - Контролировать соблюдение норм промышленной, пожарной, экологической безопасности и требований СанПиН. Следить за соблюдением технологических регламентов и стандартов качества продукции в части работы оборудования.

- Высшее техническое образование (машиностроение, пищевая инженерия, автоматизация технологических процессов и производств, теплоэнергетика и т. п.). - Опыт работы на инженерно‑технических должностях на пищевом производстве не менее 5 лет, из них не менее 2 лет на руководящей позиции (главный инженер, заместитель главного инженера, начальник технического отдела). - Знание нормативной базы: СанПиН, ТР ТС, ГОСТ, правила промышленной и пожарной безопасности, требования ХАССП. - Понимание специфики работы пищевого оборудования (составления фарша, наполнения, линии фасовки, упаковки, термической обработки, холодильных установок и т. д.). - Опыт внедрения и сопровождения систем ППР и ТОиР. - Навыки работы с технической документацией, чертежами, схемами, электрическими и пневматическими схемами. - Лидерские качества, умение организовать работу команды, ответственность, аналитический склад ума, стрессоустойчивость.
