The posting

Старший экономист отдела подготовки закупок выполняет следующие функции: 1) осуществляет рассмотрение заявок заказчиков на осуществление закупки в срок до 10 рабочих дней, переданных начальником отдела подготовки закупок. В случае выявления несоответствий требованиям законодательства Российской Федерации, муниципальным правовым актам города Челябинска осуществляет подготовку заключений о возврате заявок на осуществление закупки (далее заявка), согласовывая их с начальником отдела; 2) рассматривает заявки после их доработки заказчиком на устранение несоответствий, по которым изложены замечания; 3) рассматривает обращения заказчиков о внесении изменений в поступившую в уполномоченный орган заявку; 4) по результатам рассмотрения заявки передает заявку и документы, поступившие в составе заявки, в отдел проведения закупок; 5) рассматривает решение заказчика о внесении изменений в извещение, в том числе на наличие оснований и сроков для внесения изменений; 6) передает в отдел проведения закупок документы заказчика, изменяющие заявку или извещение об осуществлении закупки (далее извещение); 7) контролирует поступление запросов о даче разъяснений положений извещения и передает указанные запросы заказчику для дачи разъяснений; 8) принимает от заказчика и рассматривает разъяснение положений извещения. В случае корректировки разъяснения положений извещения заказчика, направляет заказчику скорректированные разъяснения положений извещения для согласования; 9) передает разъяснения положений извещения в отдел проведения закупок Управления; 10) передает документы в отдел проведения закупок Управления с соблюдением требований Регламента по организации и применению электронного документооборота в МИС, подписывает передаваемые отделом документы и уведомляет начальника отдела; 11) принимает участие в проведении анализа деятельности Управления, участвует в подготовке отчетов о деятельности отделов и тд.

Требование к уровню образования: не ниже среднего.
