Знание Бюджетного и Налогового Кодексов Российской Федерации. Составление предварительных итогов, прогноза социально-экономического развития сельского поселения. Составление перспективных финансовых планов. Контроль и составление баланса финансовых ресурсов. Составление и контроль над исполнением Положения о резервном фонде, Положения о бюджетном процессе и бюджетном устройстве внутри поселенческого муниципального образования. Подготовка проектов бюджета и внесение в него изменений и дополнений, в т. ч. распределение остатка денежных средств предыдущего финансового периода; Осуществление передвижек финансовых средств между статьями бюджета согласно нормативам; Разработка порядка и осуществление доведения показателей бюджетных росписей и лимитов бюджетных обязательств до всех бюджетополучателей; Осуществление контроля над расходованием финансовых средств. Составление отчетов по исполнению бюджетов; Осуществляет переписку по вопросам, входящим в компетенцию ведущего специалиста по экономическим вопросам.

- Конституцию РФ; - законодательство РФ, нормативные правовые акты Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа Югры, нормативные правовые акты сельского поселения Ларьяк, в соответствии с которыми регулируется деятельность органа местного самоуправления поселения. - законодательство о муниципальной службе в РФ; - законодательство о бухгалтерском учете, формы и методы ведения бухгалтерского учёта; - постановления, распоряжения, приказы, другие руководящие, методические и нормативные материалы финансовых и контрольно- ревизионных органов по вопросам организации бухгалтерского учета и составления отчетности, а также касающихся финансово-хозяйственной деятельности администрации сельского поселения Ларьяк; - гражданское, финансовое и налоговое законодательство; - структуру сельского поселения Ларьяк, стратегию и перспективы его развития; - порядок оформления операций и организацию документооборота по участкам учета; - формы и порядок финансовых расчетов; -методы экономического анализа хозяйственно-финансовой деятельности администрации сельского поселения Ларьяк, выявления внутрихозяйственных резервов; условия налогообложения юридических и физических лиц; порядок и сроки составления бухгалтерских балансов и отчетности; правила проведения проверок и документальных ревизий; современные средства вычислительной техники коммуникации и связи, оргтехнику, возможности их применения для выполнения учетно-вычислительных работ и анализа производственно-хозяйственной и финансовой деятельности администрации сельского поселения Ларьяк; - экономику, организацию труда по вопросам выполняемой работы; - трудовое законодательство, правила и нормы охраны труда; рыночные методы хозяйствования; - порядок осуществления контроля за использованием материальных, и финансовых ресурсов, порядок их распределения; нормирование оборотных средств;
