Заместитель начальника отдела ЭИС обязан обеспечить: Готовность технических средств и оборудования, необходимых для производства аварийно-восстановительных работ и текущего обслуживания эксплуатируемых объектов. Выполнение в установленные сроки производственных заданий, заявок по устранению неисправностей инженерного оборудования. Рациональное расходование материалов и инструмента. Проведение производственного инструктажа с работниками службы. Заместитель начальника отдела ЭИС обязан организовать: Контроль за правильной и безопасной эксплуатацией в обслуживаемых системах. Работу по профилактическому осмотру жилищного фонда и служебных зданий, и своевременного проведения ремонта. Работы по подготовке к осенне-зимнему и весенне-летнему сезонным условиям эксплуатации инженерного оборудования. Заместитель начальника отдела ЭИС должен: Руководить работой инженерного состава и контролировать их действия к принятию мер для устранения обнаруженных неисправностей и исполнению заявок. Принимать участие в приемке новых зданий в эксплуатацию. Следить за обеспеченностью работников механизмами, инструментами, приспособлениями, материалами, запасными частями, технической документацией и средствами защиты. Проводить работу по производственному обучению работников отдела и повышения уровня их знаний. Координировать деятельность отдела ЭИС при работе с аварийно-диспетчерской службой Дирекции и с другими аварийными службами города. Осуществлять постоянный контроль за технически правильной эксплуатацией оборудования.

высшее (техническое), либо среднее профессиональное (техническое) образование и стаж работы по оперативному управлению производством на инженерно-технических и руководящих должностях не менее 3-х лет
