Обеспечивать хозяйственное обслуживание и надлежащее состояние объектов в соответствии с правилами и нормами производственной санитарии и противопожарной защиты. Также контролировать исправность оборудования (лифтов, освещения, систем отопления, вентиляции и др.). Участвовать в разработке планов текущих и капитальных ремонтов основных фондов, составлении смет хозяйственных расходов. Организовывать проведение ремонта помещений, контролировать качество выполнения ремонтных работ. Обеспечивать подразделения мебелью, хозяйственным инвентарём, средствами механизации инженерного и управленческого труда, наблюдать за их сохранностью и проводить своевременный ремонт. Контролировать рациональное расходование материалов и средств, выделяемых для хозяйственных целей. Руководить работами по благоустройству, озеленению и уборке помещений и прилегающей территории. Обеспечивать выполнение противопожарных мероприятий и содержать в исправном состоянии пожарный инвентарь. Следить за санитарным состоянием помещений и прилегающей территории. Организовывать своевременный вывоз макулатуры и прочих отходов. Организовывать хранение, обеспечивать сохранность инвентаря и прочего имущества, вести учёт и составлять отчёты о сохранности и состоянии имущества. Проводить инвентаризацию, списывать малоценные и быстроизнашивающиеся предметы. Своевременно обеспечивать работников канцелярскими принадлежностями, расходными материалами к хозяйственно-бытовой и оргтехнике, предметами хозяйственного обихода, спецодеждой, инструментами. Контролировать своевременное закрытие всех хозяйственных помещений. Исполнять распоряжения и приказы администрации. Соблюдать и контролировать соблюдение работниками трудовой и производственной дисциплины, правил и норм охраны труда, требований производственной санитарии и гигиены, требований противопожарной безопасности. Принимать меры по предотвращению и ликвидации конфликтных ситуаций среди сотрудников. Информировать руководство об имеющихся недостатках в работе и принимаемых мерах по их ликвидации.

1. Образование: Среднее специальное или высшее образование (техническое, экономическое или профильное в зависимости от отрасли). 2. Знания и навыки: Знание основ организации хозяйственной и технической деятельности. Навыки планирования и контроля хозяйственных процессов. Умение вести учет материалов, оборудования и инвентаря. Знание правил охраны труда и техники безопасности. Владение основами документооборота и отчетности. 3. Личные качества: Ответственность и организованность. Внимательность к деталям. Коммуникабельность и умение работать в коллективе. Стрессоустойчивость и способность принимать решения.
