Участвовать в составлении расписания занятий (уроков) и осуществлении оперативного регулирования организации образовательного процесса и других видов деятельности в учреждении, его подразделениях в соответствии с образовательной программой учреждения, в том числе с использованием компьютерных программ и технологий. Контролировать обеспеченность групп, подразделений учреждения необходимыми помещениями, учебно-методическими материалами, информационно-техническим оборудованием. Осуществлять оперативный контроль за ходом образовательного процесса, обеспечивая рациональное использование учебных и внеучебных помещений учреждения. Корректировать в соответствии с потребностями учреждения и условиями его функционирования расписание учебных занятий в течение года. Обеспечивать качественную и своевременную замену уроков временно отсутствующих преподавателей и мастеров производственного обучения. Обеспечивать соблюдение санитарных норм и правил при составлении расписания учебных занятий. Выявлять резервы образовательного процесса по установлению наиболее рациональных режимов работы информационно-технического оборудования, более полной и равномерной загрузке учебно-методического оборудования и учебных помещений учреждения. Обеспечивать рациональное использование современных электронных средств оперативного управления образовательным процессом в учреждении. Вести отчетно-планирующую документацию, предоставляет рапорты и другую информацию о ходе образовательного процесса, составлять и заполнять: табель вычитки часов за месяц (за год); приказы о вычитке часов при увольнении; приказы о вычитке часов по замене (ежемесячно); журнал о вычитке часов по замене; справки подведения итогов выданной педагогической нагрузки по журналу занятий и предоставлением справок на подпись заместителю директора по учебно-методической работе (за каждое полугодие). Участвовать в работе по оценке расписания занятий в классах, группах, подразделениях учреждения, дает рекомендации по его совершенствованию. Систематически обмениваться информацией по вопросам, входящим в свою компетенцию, работает в тесной связи с заместителями директора и руководителями структурных подразделений учреждения, методическими объединениями педагогических работников. Принимать участие в методической работе учреждения.
