- планирует и организует деятельность подчиненного структурного подразделения; - определяет потребность в персонале и наличие требуемых знаний, умений, навыков и компетенции подчиненных работников; - планирует и организует работу учреждения по рассмотрению поступивших обращений: а) о предоставлении разъяснений, связанных с определением кадастровой стоимости; б) об установлении кадастровой стоимости объекта недвижимости в размере его рыночной стоимости недвижимости; в) о предоставлении сведений о кадастровой стоимости; г) об исправлении ошибок, допущенных при определении кадастровой стоимости; - распределяет между работниками отдела поступившие обращения, контролирует своевременность и качество их рассмотрения; - организует работу по сбору, систематизации и оценке информации, используемой при рассмотрении обращений и подготовке ответов на них; - организует работу по контролю качества подготовленных ответов, их соответствие нормам действующего законодательства; - контролирует выполнение работниками своих должностных обязанностей; планирует текущую деятельность отдела, проводит методологические, организационные и контрольные мероприятия в отделе

- объективно и своевременно информирует директора учреждения о возникших в отделе проблемах, предлагает пути их решения; - представляет директору учреждения предложения о премировании работников отдела в соответствии с действующими локальными нормативными актами, а также о лишении премии или сокращении ее размеров; - содействует развитию трудовой мотивации, инициативы и активности работников; - осуществляет необходимые распоряжения на уровне отдела; - разрабатывает и вносит директору учреждения предложения по повышению профессионального уровня подчиненных работников; - взаимодействует с начальниками и работниками других отделов учреждения; - контролирует рациональное использование ресурсов; - соблюдает требования охраны труда в отделе и контролирует подчиненных работников в указанной части; - участвует в разъяснении физическим и юридическим лицам порядка предоставления государственных услуг, возложенных на отдел.
