Управляющий в частную наркологическую клинику. В связи с активным развитием компании ищем исполнительного директора в Нижнем Новгороде. За последний год мы значительно выросли, расширили географию работы. Сегодня в нашей команде около 50 сотрудников, и мы продолжаем развиваться. Что предстоит делать: представлять интересы компании в различных организациях и инстанциях; взаимодействовать с государственными структурами; решать административные и организационные вопросы; контролировать ключевые процессы и документацию; помогать компании развиваться и улучшать внутренние процессы. Кого мы ищем: руководителя с опытом управления; человека, который умеет договариваться и решать задачи; самостоятельного, ответственного и ориентированного на результат. Задачи: Аналитика и отчетность (Глаза и уши собственника): Сводка за день/неделю/месяц по отчетам руководителей КЦ, ВП, маркетинг. Составление регламентов работы подразделений, отдельных направлений и взаимодействия подразделений Контроль за выполнением регламентов Средний чек, выручка (удержание ключевых показателей, цель: ежеквартальный прирост) Мониторинг KPI сотрудников, внесение корректировок, при необходимости (пример: внедрение новых услуг, "просадка" по показателям, необходимость в премировании/депремировании) Выявление проблемных зон Верхнеуровневое решение конфликтных ситуаций (жалобы, возвраты д/с) Контроль и анализ работы маркетинга (количество заявок, их качество) Поиск новых сотрудников, в случае необходимости. Административно-хозяйственная поддержка (Освобождение времени) Финансы: -Контроль и сверка движения д/с (поступления, бюджет и траты). -Контроль рентабельности каждого из подразделений -Расчет зарплаты (составление з/п ведомости для бухгалтера). Кадры: -Первичный подбор (сортировка резюме, первичное собеседование). -Оформление документов (по необходимости). Внешние коммуникации: -Общение с арендодателями, ГИБДД (если штрафы), проверяющими органами (Роспотребнадзор) и иными структурами -Взаимодействие с партнерами: постоянный поиск взаимовыгодных контрагентов и поддержание имеющихся связей (также может выполнять сверку и взаиморасчет с партнерами).
