* График работы: Полный день * Оклад: 150 000 руб. * Оформление: Согласно ТК РФ. --- * Полный цикл управления производством ювелирных изделий (от заготовки до готового украшения). * Контроль соблюдения технических карт, расхода материалов (драгметаллы, вставки). * Обеспечение выполнения плана выпуска продукции (объем/сроки). Работа в ГИИС ДМДК (Обязательная часть): * Организация работы по ФЗ 41-ФЗ и ПП РФ 270. * Контроль цифровой маркировки: Формирование УИН (уникальных идентификационных номеров) на каждое изделие и нанесение кодов Data Matrix (лазерная гравировка). * Отчетность: Своевременное внесение данных в личный кабинет ГИИС ДМДК: прием металла в производство, оприходование готовой продукции, списание потерь. * Штрихкодирование и сверка остатков через систему. Управление персоналом: * Набор персонала (закрепщики, монтировщики, полировщики). * Составление графиков работы и нарядов. * Организация приемки ОТК. * Участие в инвентаризациях с выверкой данных в ГИИС (фактические остатки vs цифровые данные). --- Мы ждем, что вы соответствуете требованиям: * Профильное образование: Ювелирное, технологическое или экономическое (в сфере госрегулирования оборота драгметаллов приветствуется). * Опыт управления производством от 1 года. * Обязательное знание ГИИС ДМДК: Опыт практической работы в системе (проведение операций/контроль отчета), понимание алгоритма присвоения УИН и маркировки Data Matrix на изделиях 585, 750 пробы и т.д.. * Знание пробирного законодательства РФ (правила опробования, клеймения). * Понимание специфики учета материалов (граммы, караты, штуки). * Введение учета в специализированной системе «Честер ЮП» заведение заказов, расчет потребности в материалах, учет движения ТМЦ по складам и переделам производства (литье, монтировка, закрепка итд). * Опыт 1C:Управление ювелирным производством. --- Условия работы * Стабильное производство с полным социальным пакетом. * Оснащенное рабочее место (АРМ с доступом в ГИИС). * Ответственность: Полная материальная ответственность за ТМЦ, административная ответственность за нарушения правил маркировки (согласно ст. 15.12 КоАП РФ).
