The posting

1. Методология и автоматизация договорной работы: разрабатывать и актуализировать методологию договорной работы (методики, регламенты, типовые документы) для всего ПАО Красноярскэнергосбыт, включая межрайонные отделения; контролировать применение утверждённой методологии в подразделениях; предлагать и реализовывать мероприятия по автоматизации процессов отдела; отслеживать изменения законодательства РФ по профилю отдела; обновлять Положение об Отделе и должностные инструкции работников. 2. Организация работы отдела: обеспечивать выполнение задач отдела: сопровождение договорной работы, актуализацию шаблонов, ведение базы схем электроснабжения в биллинговой системе, развитие ЛКК и каналов взаимодействия с клиентами; ставить задачи сотрудникам и контролировать их исполнение; визировать исходящую корреспонденцию и документацию (в том числе в СЭДО); вносить предложения о поощрении и дисциплинарных взысканиях для работников отдела. 3. Обучение и кадровое сопровождение: организовывать и проводить внутрифирменное обучение сотрудников отдела и специалистов межрайонных отделений, формировать отчёт для отдела по работе с персоналом; участвовать в подборе кандидатов на вакантные должности (через отдел по работе с персоналом); знакомить работников с приказами и локальными нормативными актами, контролировать соблюдение графика отпусков. 4. Исполнительская дисциплина: контролировать сроки исполнения документов и поручений в СЭДО ПАО Красноярскэнергосбыт и АО ЭСК РусГидро в части отдела; следить за сроками исполнения поручений Председателя Правления Генерального директора ПАО РусГидро и решений Правления ПАО РусГидро; формировать и предоставлять данные для отчётов по исполнительской дисциплине. 5. Охрана труда, безопасность и защита информации: обеспечивать соблюдение требований законодательства по противодействию легализации доходов и финансированию терроризма, а также по защите персональных данных; контролировать соблюдение коммерческой тайны, норм охраны труда, промышленной и пожарной безопасности; поддерживать функционирование системы управления охраной труда, организовывать подготовку работников по охране труда и обеспечивать надлежащие условия на рабочих местах.

Высшее образование (предпочтительно - по направлениям техническое, экономическое, в области энергетики, ЖКХ или ИТ); Релевантный опыт работы не менее 3-х лет; Уверенный пользователь офисных программ (знание AlterOffice приветствуется).
