1. Составление смет по заявке от производственных служб в рамках деятельности предприятия в области выполнения сервисного обслуживания и ремонтов технологического оборудования, зданий и сооружений заказчика, инвестиционной деятельности по техническому перевооружению и модернизации действующего производства, новому строительству.2. Контроль ценообразования услуг подрядных организаций на соответствие требованиям регламентирующих документов предприятия, Методики определения сметной стоимости введенной действующим Приказом МИНСТРОЙ России.3. Формирование Актов выполненных работ (формы КС-2, КС-3, 6а) в программе Гранд-Смета в рамках составленных смет по заявке от производственных служб по направлению: ремонт технологического оборудования, зданий и сооружений, инвестиционной деятельности по техническому перевооружению и модернизации действующего производства силами собственных подразделений.4. Осуществлять контроль соответствия Акта на израсходованные материальные ценности со сметой.5. Осуществлять ведение и учет сметной документации, систематизируя сметно-финансовые расчеты на повторяющие работы с целью создания типовых смет.6. Осуществлять учет поступающих в Филиал распоряжений, методик, инструкций и других нормативных документов по вопросам ценообразования.7. Обеспечение функционирования системы менеджмента качества в соответствии с целями, стратегией и принципами, изложенными в Политике в области качества. Условия работы: Официальное трудоустройство. Пятидневная рабочая неделя. Премирование: ежемесячное - до 20% + ежеквартальное - до 30% + 13ая зарплата. Полный соц.пакет (дотационное питание 285р./смена, медицинский центр на территории предприятия, ДМС, санаторно-курортное оздоровление, материальная помощь (адресная), занятия спортом, культурно-массовые мероприятия, конкурсы профмастерства)

Среднее или высшее профессиональное образование (желательно строительное) Курсы повышения квалификации по курсу Сметное дело Стаж работы по профессии от 1 года. Навык работы в программе Гранд-Смета .Знание основных офисных программ MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), EDMS, SAP R/3 на уровне пользователя.
