Разработка и внедрение методических материалов (рекомендаций, стандартов, инструкций) и контроль за их применением в работе.Участие в планировании: кадровое обеспечение, потребность в ресурсах, финансово-хозяйственная деятельность.Организация системы внутреннего контроля качества и безопасности медицинской деятельности.Подготовка аналитических отчётов и представление результатов руководству.Организация обучения персонала: проведение занятий, семинаров, конференций для повышения квалификации сотрудников.Разработка локальных нормативных актов медицинской организации.Оказание консультативной помощи коллегам и структурным подразделениям.Участие в подготовке учреждения к лицензированию и аккредитации.Работа со статистикой и данными:Организация учёта и кодирования медико-статистической информации.Ведение медицинской документации.Сбор, обработка и анализ показателей деятельности организации и здоровья населения с применением статистических методов и информационно-аналитических систем.Подготовка статистических отчётов, в том числе годовых.Организация и проведение социологических опросов для оценки удовлетворённости пациентов или изучения мнений персонала.Взаимодействие со страховыми медицинскими организациями.

Высшее медицинское образование (специалитет) по одной из специальностей: Лечебное дело . Последующая подготовка по специальности Организация здравоохранения и общественное здоровье, интернатура или ординатура по этому профилю, профессиональная переподготовка по этой специальности но только при условии, что у врача уже есть интернатура или ординатура по какой-либо клинической специальности. После обучения нужно получить-сертификат специалиста или свидетельство об аккредитации по специальности Организация здравоохранения и общественное здоровье . прохождение обязательных предварительных (при поступлении на работу) и периодических медицинских осмотров, а также внеочередных в установленном законодательством порядке. Отсутствие ограничений на занятие профессиональной деятельностью, установленных законодательством РФ. соблюдение врачебной тайны, принципов врачебной этики и деонтологии, требований охраны труда и пожарной безопасности.
