2.1. Проходит в установленном порядке медицинские осмотры. 2.2. Соблюдает правила внутреннего трудового распорядка. 2.3. Производит погрузку-разгрузку, переноску грузов малой массы. 2.4. Проходит в установленном порядке инструктаж по охране труда и производственной санитарии. 2.5. Выполняет функциональные обязанности: проводит периодический осмотр технического состояния обслуживаемых зданий, сооружений, территорий, оборудования, их техническое обслуживание и текущий ремонт с выполнением всех видов ремонтно-строительных работ (разборка любых конструкций, устройство облицовки пола, стен, потолков, установка штучных элементов, бетонные и каменные работы с приготовлением растворов в построечных условиях) с применением подмостков, люлек, подвесных и других страховочных и подъемных приспособлений, электрических и ручных инструментов. Осуществляет мелкий штучный ремонт (протяжка, подвеска, восстановление геометрических размеров, теплоизоляции) систем отопления, водоснабжения, канализации, водостоков, теплоснабжения, вентиляции. Выполняет работы по демонтажу, монтажу электрических сетей и электрооборудования, находящихся без напряжения, без подключения к источнику электрического тока. Осуществляет работы по установке элементов благоустройства территорий. 2.6. Соблюдает технологию выполнения всех выполняемых работ, правила эксплуатации и содержания зданий, оборудования, сооружений, правила техники безопасности, производственной санитарии и пожарной безопасности. 2.7. Следит за экономным расходованием воды, электроэнергии, материалов. 2.8. Извещает своего непосредственного руководителя о любой ситуации, угрожающей жизни и здоровью людей, о каждом несчастном случае. 2.9. Обеспечивает сохранность оборудования, инструмента. 2.10. Проводит мероприятия по подготовке инвентаря и оборудования к работе. 2.11. Соблюдает правила и нормы охраны труда, пожарной безопасности и производственной санитарии. 2.12. Владеть навыками работы с компьютером и способностью их применять в работе.
