- осуществляет работу по обеспечению Учреждения всеми необходимыми для его деятельности материальными ресурсами: материалами, комплектующими изделиями, инструментом, запасными частями (за исключением запасных частей к служебному автотранспорту), спецодеждой, и их рациональному использованию; - осуществляет сбор потребности согласно поступивших сводных служебных записок с указанным объемом (количеством); - определяет наиболее оптимальные предложения для формирования начальных (максимальных цен) государственных контрактов по определению поставщиков с учетом ценового сегмента и наилучших условий поставок для Учреждения; - участвует в составлении проектов текущих и перспективных планов материально-технического обеспечения Учреждения, составлять отдельные части этих планов, готовит коммерческие предложения к ним; - определяет на основе технически обоснованных нормативов и расчетов потребность Учреждения и его структурных подразделений в запасных частях, оборудовании, материалах, и др. ресурсах необходимых для функционирования Учреждения; - осуществляет комплектование структурных подразделений Учреждения товарно-материальными ценностями (далее ТМЦ) (за исключение ТМЦ для служебного автотранспорта) и пр., согласно потребности по служебным запискам структурных подразделений; - организовывает централизованную доставку ТМЦ (за исключение ТМЦ для служебного автотранспорта) на склад Учреждения. При необходимости организует погрузку и разгрузку поставленных ТМЦ с привлечением сотрудников структурных подразделений Учреждения; - участвует в проведении технико-экономического анализа и совершенствовании складского хозяйства; - ведет складской учет материальных ресурсов в программе 1С: Предприятие и фактически на складе Учреждения, и составляет необходимую отчетность. В рамках данного направления осуществляет функции руководителя и ответственного исполнителя; - проводит работу в рамках процедуры размещения заказов в рамках своей компетенции: - принимает участие во внедрении мероприятий по повышению эффективности использования материальных ресурсов (снижение затрат, связанных с транспортировкой, заменой дорогостоящих материалов на дешевые, использование вторичного сырья, реализация излишних ресурсов и т.д.); - обеспечивает в случае необходимости согласование с поставщиками, подрядчиками изменение условий заключенных договоров, контрактов.

На должность ведущего экономиста по материально-техническому снабжению назначается лицо, имеющее высшее профессиональное (экономическое или инженерно-экономическое) образование и стаж работы по специальности в области материально-технического обеспечения не менее 5 лет, а также дополнительное профессиональное образование в сфере закупок.
