По кадровому направлению: ведение кадрового делопроизводства в соответствии с ТК РФ и локальными актами компании; оформление приёмов, переводов, увольнений, отпусков, командировок и иных кадровых мероприятий; ведение и хранение трудовых книжек, внесение записей, выдача дубликатов; составление и обновление штатного расписания; учёт рабочего времени (табель), контроль соблюдения графиков работы; подготовка справок, выписок и иных документов по запросам сотрудников и госорганов; взаимодействие с СФР, службой занятости и иными внешними организациями по кадровым вопросам; поддержание актуальности базы данных персонала, ведение персонифицированного учёта. По бухгалтерскому направлению: расчёт заработной платы, отпускных, больничных, премий и иных выплат сотрудникам; начисление налогов, страховых взносов и иных обязательных платежей; работа с банковскими выписками, контроль расчётов и выплат; участие в инвентаризациях, сверок с контролирующими органами; подготовка данных для управленческой отчётности.

высшее или средне‑специальное образование (экономическое, бухгалтерское, кадровое или смежное); опыт работы бухгалтером и кадровиком от 5 лет; знание:бухгалтерского и налогового законодательства;трудового законодательства и кадрового делопроизводства;порядка расчёта заработной платы и иных выплат;правил ведения первичной документации; уверенный пользователь ПК:офисные программы (Word, Excel);бухгалтерские и кадровые системы 1С:Бухгалтерия, 1С:ЗУП; внимательность, аккуратность, ответственность, умение работать с большими объёмами информации; способность соблюдать сроки и работать в режиме многозадачности.
