The posting

Выполнять наладку автоматических линий, агрегатных станков, контрольных автоматов и транспортных устройств на полный цикл обработки (сверление, фрезерование, точение и др.); Проводить подналадку и регулировку оборудования и механизмов автоматической линии в процессе работы; Настраивать и регулировать манипуляторы (роботы) с программным управлением; Контролировать работу автоматической линии, оперативно выявлять отклонения и сбои; Устранять неисправности, заменять изношенные или повреждённые детали; Выполнять плановые профилактические осмотры и техническое обслуживание оборудования; Проверять агрегатные станки на точность обработки, выявлять и устранять причины погрешностей; Обрабатывать пробные детали и контролировать соответствие параметров заданным требованиям; Взаимодействовать с операторами и другими техническими специалистами, при необходимости обучать персонал правилам эксплуатации оборудования; Вести техническую документацию (журналы наладки, отчёты о выполненных работах и т. п.).

Профильное высшее техническое образование; Опыт работы наладчиком автоматических линий или агрегатных станков от 1 3 лет; Знание устройства и принципов работы автоматических линий, агрегатных и специализированных станков; Навыки чтения технической и конструкторской документации, схем, чертежей; Понимание методов проверки оборудования на точность и способов устранения неполадок; Умение работать с измерительным инструментом, знание допусков и посадок; Знание правил охраны труда и промышленной безопасности.
