Ведущий специалист исполняет обязанности, предусмотренные Федеральным законом от 2 марта 2007 года N 25-ФЗ О муниципальнойслужбе в Российской Федерации, в том числе соблюдает ограничения, выполняет обязанности, не нарушает запреты, установленные федеральным законодательством. 9. Ведущий специалист: - готовит информационные и аналитические обзоры по вопросам, отнесенным к своей компетенции; - готовит установленные отчеты в Министерство сельского хозяйства, торговли, пищевой и перерабатывающей промышленности Оренбургской области; - осуществляет учет и мониторинг малых форм хозяйствования: - ведет реестр (учет) КФХ, индивидуальных предпринимателей в сфере АПК и ЛПХ на территории района; - организовывает сбор и обобщение сводных отчетов о производственных показателях (поголовье, посевные площади, объемы продукции) от КФХ, ИП и хозяйств населения; - координирует и контролирует работу по ведению похозяйственных книг администрациями поселений; - оказывать организационно-методическую и консультационную поддержку: - консультирует граждан и хозяйства по вопросам создания и деятельности КФХ и ЛПХ, оформления земельных отношений, получения мер господдержки (субсидий, грантов); - оказывает методическую помощь в подготовке документов для участия в конкурсах на получение грантов (в т.ч. Агростартап ), субсидий на возмещение части затрат; - содействует созданию и развитию сельскохозяйственных потребительских кооперативов; - о рганизовывает взаимодействие и информационное сопровождение: - организовывает участие представителей КФХ и ЛПХ в выставках, ярмарках, совещаниях, образовательных семинарах; - проводит разъяснительную работу среди населения о мерах государственной поддержки; - готовит информационные материалы для размещения на официальном сайте администрации района; - обеспечивает отчетность и контроль: - готовит и предоставляет в установленные сроки отчеты в Министерство сельского хозяйства Оренбургской области о развитии малых форм хозяйствования, освоении грантов; - участвует в контроле за целевым использованием бюджетных средств, выделенных в виде субсидий и грантов; - рассматривает в пределах своей компетенции письменные и устные обращения граждан и юридических лиц по вопросам развития КФХ и ЛПХ, готовить проекты ответов.
