- обеспечивает формирование и ведение реестра речной портовой инфраструктуры. - формирует аналитические материалы по развитию речной портовой инфраструктуры. Разрабатывает предложения: - к программным документам в сфере транспортного комплекса, а также предложений по их корректировке; - для составления среднесрочных и долгосрочных прогнозов социально-экономического развития транспортного комплекса; - на выработку и реализацию мер по развитию портовой инфраструктуры и эффективных транспортно-логистических комплексов. - по переключению грузопотоков с наземных видов транспорта на внутренний водный транспорт; - обеспечивает реализацию дорожных карт по развитию речных портов транспортно-логистических центров. - проводит анализ о возможности вовлечения в хозяйственный оборот федерального имущества Государственной казны Российской Федерации, находящегося в границах речной портовой инфраструктуры, - техническое состояние, целесообразность, оценка юридических и экономических факторов, влияющих на принятие решение. - проводит анализ деятельности администрации бассейнов по содержанию подходов и рейдов к речной портовой инфраструктуре и выработка предложений по их совершенствованию -готовит материалы для совещаний, брифингов и пресс-конференций по вопросам, отнесенным к компетенции отдела.

Владение: - навыками делового письма; - навыками работы с компьютером на уровне уверенного пользователя (программы Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, справочно-правовая система) и другой оргтехникой; - навыками работы с базами данных, написанием запросов на SQL, Qgis; - иностранным языком (перевод со словарем).
