Информационное и организационно-методическое сопровождение деятельности учёного и диссертационного советов. Редакторская и корректорская обработка научных и методических материалов. Контроль качества и соответствия оформления документов установленным требованиям. Методическое обеспечение и экспертно-аналитическая поддержка процессов подготовки и оформления диссертационных работ, методических пособий и другой научно-технической продукции.

Высшее образование; наличие учёной степени кандидата наук, публикаций и опыта участия в конференциях (доклад и др.) будут являться преимуществом. Наличие дополнительного образования / сертификатов: приветствуется. Информационное и организационно-методическое сопровождение деятельности учёного и диссертационного советов. Редакторская и корректорская обработка научных и методических материалов. Контроль качества и соответствия оформления документов установленным требованиям. Методическое обеспечение и экспертно-аналитическая поддержка процессов подготовки и оформления диссертационных работ, методических пособий и другой научно-технической продукции. Необходимые навыки, умения: Редактирование научно-методической литературы, заключение издательских договоров с авторами и соглашений с рецензентами; редакторская и корректорская обработка научных и методических материалов; проведение проверки диссертаций, авторефератов, иных научных материалов на соответствие требованиям ГОСТ; на наличие заимствований; др. Знание требований Высшей аттестационной комиссии (ВАК) к оформлению диссертаций, авторефератов и научных публикаций. Знание процесса подготовки и организации проведения заседаний по защите диссертаций: организационное, методическое и техническое сопровождение. Наличие опыта ведения электронной информационной базы диссертационного совета, а также связанных ресурсов. Наличие опыта в проведении предварительной проверки диссертационных работ, авторефератов на соответствие требованиям ВАК, ГОСТ, иным стандартам и критериям диссертационных советов. Наличие опыта в редактировании рукописей (по улучшению структуры, выбору терминов, оформлению иллюстраций); в осуществлении контроля комплектности материалов, соответствия названий разделов их содержанию. Владение методами редактирования научно-методической литературы (книг, монографий, сборников и трудов научных конференций и др.), информационных и нормативных материалов. Знание правил редакционной обработки цифр, формул, символов, иллюстраций, составления справочного аппарата издания. Знание основ авторского права и порядка заключения издательских договоров с авторами и соглашений с рецензентами. Наличие опыта в разработке, рецензировании и подготовке к утверждению учебно-методической документации, пособий, дидактических материалов и т.д. в рамках образовательной деятельности. Знание программ: Word, Excel, Power Point, Acrobat Reader, Электронный документооборот, ФИС ГНА, ЕГИСУ НИОКТР, РИНЦ, НМО и др. (по запросу информации).
