*Выполнение методической работы по планированию и организации учебного процесса. *Организация и формирование учебных планов по дополнительным профессиональным программам в соответствии с образовательными стандартами. *Осуществление распределения учебной нагрузки между факультетами, отделениями и кафедрами. *Составление учебного расписания преподавателей, расписание выполнения лабораторных, практических работ, семинаров, консультаций обучающихся (слушателей). *Обеспечение контроля наличия и выполнения учебных планов преподавателей, программы читаемых курсов лекций на предмет соответствия дополнительных образовательных программ. *Ведение учебной документации по программам дополнительного образования: рабочих программ курсов, расчета учебной нагрузки на учебный год (семестр, период проведения программы), планов работы учебно-вспомогательного персонала, журналов учета лабораторных работ, домашних заданий, курсового проектирования, списка тем итоговых аттестационных работ, расписаний лабораторных работ, приема домашних заданий, проведения консультаций. *Осуществление оперативного регулирование выполнения учебного процесса. *Осуществление компьютерной обработки получаемой информации. Координирование освещения образовательного процесса на сайте структурного подразделения образовательного учреждения. *Обеспечение документарного сопровождения программ дополнительного образования. *Выполнение отчетов по выполнению учебной нагрузки преподавателями. *Составление графика использования аудиторного фонда для занятий с обучающимися (слушателями). *Работать со всей совокупностью информационно-документационных ресурсов организации
