анализировать бизнес-стратегию, цели и проблемы подразделений, переводить бизнес-потребности в ИТ-инициативы и дорожные карты; выявлять, анализировать и приоритизировать потребности бизнеса, формировать и управлять портфелем ИТ-проектов и инициатив; контролировать реализацию бизнес-ценности от внедренных решений; обеспечивать эффективную коммуникацию между бизнес-заказчиками и ИТ-специалистами (разработчиками, аналитиками, архитекторами); выстраивать долгосрочные доверительные отношения с ключевыми бизнес-заказчиками и руководителями; анализировать рынок ИТ-решений (покупка vs. разработка), участвовать в выборе вендоров и внедрении новых систем; анализировать текущие бизнес-процессы и данные для поиска возможностей их улучшения с помощью технологий.

имеете не менее 3 лет в аналогичной должности; знаете принципы финансового учёта, бюджетирования, казначейства; имеете опыт работы с ERP-системами (SAP, Oracle, 1C и др.); понимаете требования финансовой отчётности (РСБУ/МСФО); знаете процессы управленческого учёта и финансового планирования и анализа; имеете опыт внедрения и интеграции финансовых систем; знаете и используете BI-инструменты для финансовой аналитики; понимаете архитектуры данных и ETL-процессов; имеете навыки работы с системами автоматизации отчётности; умеете переводить бизнес-требования в IT-решения; имеете опыт управления проектами и заинтересованными сторонами; умеете обосновывать ROI технологических инициатив; имеете навыки презентации решений топ-менеджменту; имеете высшее образование в управленческо-экономическом, техническом или отраслевом направлении; имеете опыт работы в ИТ-подразделениях банковской и финансовой сфер.
