1. Организация рассмотрения, включая контроль за соблюдением установленных законодательством сроков рассмотрения заявлений, рассмотрение поступивших в Отдел заявлений о предоставлении (образовании, разделе, выделе, объединении, перераспределении) земельных участков, в том числе их идентификация, согласование межевых планов, подготовка и проведение торгов на право заключения договоров, предметом по которым выступают земельные участки, работа с ГИС Торги, подготовка проектов договоров, проектов решений о предоставлении (образовании, разделе, выделе, объединении, перераспределении) земельных участков, направление документов в орган регистрации прав в целях постановки (снятия) земельных участков на государственный кадастровый учет, регистрации прав на них, работа в рамках СМЭВ, проведение иных мероприятий; 2. . Организация работы Отдела по взаимодействию с арендаторами (покупателями, иными лицами, использующими земельные участки на возмездной и безвозмездной основе), в том числе перерасчет платы, подготовка проектов дополнительных соглашений к договорам, контроль целевого использования земельных участков, своевременности внесения платы, подготовка актов сверок, проведение иных мероприятий; 3. Сбор и анализ данных о размере платы за земельные участки, подлежащей внесению в бюджет муниципального образования Тенькинский муниципальный округ Магаданской области, проведение анализа о размере запланированной и поступившей платы, прогнозных показателях на следующий период, проведенной претензионной работе, её эффективности, подготовка проектов правовых актов по установлению (изменению) размера платы за землю; 4. Организация работы Отдела по признанию и списанию безнадежной к взысканию задолженности по платежам за земельные участки; 5.Организация работы Отдела по взаимодействию с недропользователями, функционирующими на территории муниципального образования Тенькинский муниципальный округ Магаданской области, ведению их реестра; 6. Организация работы Отдела по приемке земель, включая работу комиссии по рекультивации, организация подготовки документов, необходимых для работы комиссии, в том числе актов по итогам её работы, подготовка соглашений о расторжении договоров, проведение иных мероприятий; 7. Ведение учета (площадь, категория) земель, находящихся в муниципальной собственности, а также земель, государственная собственность на которые не разграничена (переданных третьим лицам, свободных от прав третьих лиц)
