- установление риска невзыскания при планировании и проведении выездных налоговых проверок, с последующим маркированием в подсистемах АИС "Налог-3"; - выявление деликтов (правовых оснований для взыскания производного долга с одновременным осуществлением поиска и фиксации активов предполагаемых ответчиков с целью обеспечения исполнения будущего судебного акта; - определение механизма взыскания производного долга; - мониторинг распределения и отработка пользовательских заданий; - формирование процессуальных документов по взысканию производного долга для направления в суд с соблюдением баланса высокой перспективы удовлетворения иска в суде, экономической обоснованности, отсутствия репутационных рисков; - подготовку процессуальных документов на позиции сторон в обособленных спорах по взысканию долга, где стороной спора является Центр компетенций; - установление оснований, а также принятие, замена, отмена обеспечительных мер в соответствии с пунктами 10-13 статьи 101 НК РФ, в отношении ВНП и КНП с суммой предполагаемых доначислений более 10 млн рублей (основной долг), по которым сотрудники Центра компетенции включены в ЕПГ; - проведение мероприятий в отношении решений, принятых отделом в рамках пункта 10 статьи 101 НК РФ, в части уведомления регистрирующих органов и оформления (снятия) залога в пользу налогового органа; - формирование Реестра субсидиарных ответчиков.
