Вакансия компании АО "ДЖИ ТИ ЭН ТИ" Компания GTNT - мультисервисный оператор спутниковой связи. Обеспечивает пользователям доступ в сеть интернет, телефонию (ip телефония), видеонаблюдение, построение корпоративных сетей и выделенных каналов связи, в том числе M2M, резервирование основных каналов связи. Обязанности: - Работа с гражданско-правовыми договорами (возмездное оказание услуг (преимущественно услуги связи), лицензионные, агентские, поставка, контракты/договоры 44-ФЗ и 223-ФЗ, NDA и другие): разработка, согласование внесенных контрагентами изменений, разработка и согласование дополнительных соглашений, соглашений о расторжении, согласование конкурсной документации; - Ведение претензионно-исковой работы, участие в переговорах с контрагентами; - Представление интересов компании в судах общей юрисдикции, арбитражных судах, государственных органах по делам об административных правонарушениях; - Мониторинг изменений законодательства, консультирование сотрудников; - Разработка локальных нормативных актов компании, участие в разработке и согласовании внутренних приказов компании; - Обеспечение соблюдения в компании законодательства о персональных данных: разработка и актуализация внутренних документов компании по вопросам защиты персональных данных, консультирование смежных подразделений по вопросам соблюдения 152-ФЗ и иных нормативно-правовых актов в области защиты ПД; - Консультирование смежных подразделений по вопросам трудового права; - Подготовка правовых заключений по вопросам деятельности компании; - Участие в корпоративных процедурах: реорганизация, регистрация изменений, взаимодействие с госорганами, подготовка документов для проведения внеочередных и годовых собраний акционеров компании; - Выполнение иных задач начальника юридического отдела. Требования: - Опыт работы в сфере телекоммуникаций будет являться преимуществом; - Опыт работы в аналогичной должности от трех лет; - Высшее юридическое образование; - Опыт участия в судебных процессах. Условия: - Работа в комфортном офисе (удаленный формат работы не рассматриваем); - Дружный женский отдел; - ДМС со стоматологией после испытательного срока; - Официальное трудоустройство по ТК РФ; - Зарплата 130 000 руб. до вычета НДФЛ; - Выплаты 2 раза в месяц, без задержек; - График работы 5/2 с 9:00 до 18:00, в пятницу до 16:45; - Испытательный срок 3 месяца; - Премии в соответствии с Положением о премировании, утвержденным в компании; - Территориально расположение: м. Киевская в шаговой доступности.
