Разработка и внедрение СМК: Обеспечить функционирование и развитие системы менеджмента качества( СМК) компании. Разработка документации и записей: Внедрить и поддерживать систему управления документированной информацией. Проведение внутренних аудитов: Разрабатывать и реализовывать годовую программу внутренних аудитов, охватывающую все процессы и подразделения. Управление несоответствиями и корректирующими действиями: Организовывать процесс регистрации и анализа всех несоответствий в Б24 ( внутренние аудиты, жалобы клиентов, брак, ОТК); Инициировать совещания по качеству для анализа корневых причин с использованием инструментов: Почему, диаграмма Исикавы; Разрабатывать корректирующие и предупреждающие действия, назначать ответственных и сроки, контролировать их выполнение и оценивать результативность. Подготовка входных данных для анализа СМК со стороны руководства Сертификация и внешние аудиты: Организация и участие в аудитах третьей стороны, аудитах заказчика, аудитов поставщиков. Обучение сотрудников требованиям СМК, стандарта ISO 9001, процедурам компании: Проведение вводного и периодического обучения сотрудников требованиям СМК, стандарта ISO 9001, процедурам компании. Анализ данных и постоянное улучшение: Разработка и поддерживание системы сбора и анализа данных о качестве ( метрики процессов, удовлетворенность клиентов, дефектность, затраты на качество); Инициирование и координирование проектов по улучшению процессов.

​​​​​​Знание стандартов и нормативной базы в области качества: ISO 9001:2015 - базовый стандарт СМК, его требования, принципы и подход к сертификации; Навыки разработки и внедрения СМК; Понимание методов постоянного улучшения: бережливое производство, инструментов качества( FMEA, 8D,5S); Навыки внедрения элементов бережливого производства и инструментов качества; Знание методологии аудитов и работы с несоответствиями: Методика проведения внутренних аудитов СМК; Методология 8D в управлении несоответствиями, анализ корневых причин; Управление корректирующими и предупреждающими действиями; Навыки проведения аудитов, работы с документацией и отчетностью, аналитические навыки. Опыт руководства подразделениями ( отдел качества, ОТК, лаборатория) не менее 3-х лет на руководящей должности; Умение организовывать и контролировать деятельность подчиненных сотрудников; Навыки управления персоналом: обучение, наставничество, мотивация, оценка эффективности; Навыки работы с ПК: уверенное владение офисными программами( Word, Excel), умение работать с презентациями, работа с google таблицами, 1С, Битрикс 24, применение ИИ. ​​​​​Что мы предлагаем: Работу в крупной, стабильной и динамично развивающейся компании; Заработная плата зависит от квалификации работника и обсуждается на собеседовании; График работы: 5/2, понедельник-пятница, с 08.00 до 17.00, выходные - суббота, воскресенье.
