The posting

1) Обеспечение хозяйственного обслуживания и надлежащего состояния в соответствии с правилами и нормами производственной санитарии и противопожарной защиты зданий и помещений, в которых расположены подразделения КУ города Омска ЦСПН, а также контроль за исправностью оборудования (освещения, систем отопления, вентиляции и др.). 2) Принимать участие в разработке планов текущих и капитальных ремонтов основных фондов (зданий, систем водоснабжения, воздухопроводов и других сооружений), составлять сметы хозяйственных расходов. 3) Осуществлять контроль за качеством выполнения ремонтных работ в КУ города Омска ЦСПН . 4) Разрабатывать проекты перспективных и годовых планов материально-технического обеспечения КУ города Омска ЦСПН, готовить расчеты и обоснования к ним. 5) Определять потребность КУ города Омска ЦСПН и его подразделений в материальных ресурсах, составлять сводные таблицы по видам товаров и материалов и устанавливать календарные сроки их поставки в соответствии с требованиями работы КУ города Омска ЦСПН . 6) Обеспечивать подразделения КУ города Омска ЦСПН мебелью, хозяйственным инвентарем, осуществлять наблюдение за их сохранностью и проведением своевременного ремонта. 7) Участвовать в оформлении необходимых документов для заключения договоров на оказание услуг, получение и хранение канцелярских принадлежностей, необходимых хозяйственных материалов, оборудования и инвентаря, обеспечивать ими структурные подразделения, а также вести учет их расходования и своевременно составлять установленную отчетность. 8) Контролировать рациональное расходование материалов и средств, выделяемых для хозяйственных целей. 9) Обеспечивать выполнение противопожарных мероприятий и содержание в исправном состоянии пожарного инвентаря. 10) Обеспечивать бесперебойную работу компьютерной и офисной техники КУ города Омска ЦСПН . 11) Своевременно устранять неполадки в работе компьютерной или оргтехники, обеспечивать их своевременный ремонт. 12) Осуществлять контроль за своевременным оприходованием и списанием товарно-материальных ценностей. 13) Участвовать в проведении инвентаризации товарно-материальных ценностей. 14) Осуществлять все необходимые мероприятия, связанные с обеспечением охраны зданий и помещений КУ города Омска ЦСПН . 15) Вести документацию, учет и отчетность деятельности отдела материально-технического обеспечения.
